| Deposits |
| In most cases, a $200 per person deposit is due at the time your reservation is confirmed. In rare cases, an airline will require full payment for the cost of the airline tickets in addition to a $200 per person deposit at the time your reservation is confirmed.. We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express. We do not accept cash or checks. Travel Insurance is available at an additional cost. |
| Final Payment |
| Final Payments are due in our office 60 days prior to departure. A $25 late fee will be added to reservations with payments received after the 59th day prior to departure. Payments not received 50 days prior to departure will result in reservations being cancelled with no refund of the deposit. |
| Travel Documents |
| Travel documents containing land only documents or documents with electronic airline tickets are sent via US Mail 2 - 3 weeks prior to departure. If your reservation contains paper airlines tickets, we will send those documents via Airborne Express 2-Day service. Airborne is unable to deliver to PO Boxes and will need a physical address with an adult available to sign for the package. |
| Insurance |
| Protect your investment! Travel Insurance is available for $69 per person and covers cancellation for unforeseen circumstances, plus offers additional coverage during your trip. Please read the policy terms and condition for covered instances. |
